"Inkaar" - A DUD.

Hola People,

How are we all doing :) I don't know whether I should say this or should I directly "inkaar" that I am a big ass "Bollywood Buff" or should I actually say that Sudhir Mishra should have out right "INKAAR'd" making this film in the first place. I am not sure what to say, but then again this is not a film that I expected from Mr. Sudhir Mishra.  I think every body out there knows that Sudhir is a film maker of class and par excellence, and thus his films are always sought after. "INKAAR' is a modern day story about the Indian advertising industry, the scandals, the drama and the hypocrisy. The film has a brilliant plot and a well written screenplay but unfortunately the execution is severely flawed. Sudhir had an excellent idea and theme for his film,I don't know how he managed to mess this up. The movie is just horrible to watch and perhaps the only saving grace is the realistic character buildup of both Arjun and Chirtrangadha, both of them have performed their best and both look just fantastic in the film. Sudhir has totally exposed the dirty and mean world of "advertising" with all the nuances that are usually packed in any AD'MAN"s life, however even then the movie falls flat on its face. I think Sudhir knew well that he had messed up his execution and his final cut thus he had to rely heavily on his actors to cover up. I hear the movie has broken even, guess this will spare the producers some horror.
