Delhi Belly – Is a youthful satire J
Hey guys,
If you guys thought I was still awestruck with Dubai – well nope J not anymore. Now its back to my movies. To start of with the back log of my reviews, I have to admit that "DELHI BELLY" was gruesome and gritty and witty ;)
I saw this movie when I was amidst of my packing from Bahrain, and, strangely I didn’t want too watch this film as I didn’t like the songs in the trailers. However having watched the movie I have to confess that I was impressed by the wackiness, the slickness involved in making this movie. The off the top contemporary dialogues gives you the feel of urban youthful India. The movie is undoubtedly a hilarious satire made to ridicule the present day Indian society, the clichéd nuances used in the movie are something that has been used in many contemporary hindi flicks but then again this modern India or "rising India". The urban youth and the sentiments are all very real and true. This movie is the first film I have seen in many years that has an apt casting and an amazing narrative. The story and plot is clichéd but the narrative is different and the situation build up on screen is excellent. The film expels the exuberance of the creative team who has worked well to make this film. The movie has the brilliant interpretation of the dark humor that persists in India.

I was thoroughly impressed by the performance of the ensemble starcast and still keep both Imran Khan and Vijay Raz's character close to my heart. I don't know how Aamir Khan does this and recognizes the pulse of the audiences world over so well because this is a stellar and a winner :) - Picture hit hai mera doston !!!
Best –
