Mob Mentality, Workplace politics ETC !!!

Hey Guys -

I have to admit that 2011 has definately not started with music which is just unfavorable. I think all of you are aware that on the job front for many as well as myself things haven't been going great and definately now the current "Political Climate" in Bahrain has made matters even worse. Even then I am left quite amused with the whole situation as this whole drama started off with the "drive to emancipate" from Algeria which spead to Egypt and now it has come to Bahrain and side by side I see that Libya and Sudan are all being affected by this whole idea "over throwing the government" with domestic protests and violence which obviouslly has been insinuated by politicos who are hypocrites and power hungry maniacs. What amuses me the most is that when I lay down and think I can actually relate this to work like polictics and what I see in common is the "MOB MENTALITY" - the typical boss who has struggled his way to the top makes it a point that all his deputy / subordinates / reportees are going through the grind with the same or higher level of rigor which once upon a time he or she went through. In other words they make it a point that the juniors are given hell - DISGUSTING.

Anyways as far as the update of the situation is concerned then let me assure you that the police and the military are doing a swell job. So good night and await my reviews on Patiala House as it had my ticker rolling.
