Chance Pe Dance - A reality or is it a silent bio.

Dear all I have to apologise for the disappearing act as being unemployed and also nursing a heart break can be quite a pain. I will survive the heartbreak “I think I still have the courage to do so” - which I know, just that it tends to be little erratic with the mind drifting away to memories. Not many great people left in this world I suppose. This past week's performance's by the "Kapur" boy with a "U", was quite convincing. However, I personally felt that the script was written to flaunt out loudly "Shahid's" new found starry image, which was quite interesting to see. The script was quite loose and the theme of the story was the usual mundane repetition of the underdog becoming successful. What works for the film is that both these youngsters Genelia D’souza and Shahid Kapur are confident in their craft and deliver a nice performance. The on screen chemistry is remarkable. The movie has some great music rendered by Adnan Sami and some good locations to be amazed by. However, not much else in the movie is touching or makes a difference. I understand clearly when the director and screen writer try to alleviate the morale’s of strugglers "I can relate to that" with my present day spate with unemployment. The twist in the script is that there is an element of truth in situations created especially the sequences when the true colours of producers within the industry reveals that no one is to be believed and trusted, when people actually talk about being professional. The movie has a fast pace to it which gives the audience the good feeling about the movie. I loved the optimistic approach director: - Ken Ghosh had towards the love angle between Shahid and Genilia. To try and still believe that good girls are those who stick by you in your time of need and support are the girls who truly love you.

Chance Pe Dance is a good experience because Hindi cinema is always trying to move away from the mould of stereotypical filming. Almost all movies these days are quite immaculate on their cinematography. I don't think the movie will be a blockbuster hit but will definitely end up being an average film as Shahid’s dance steps and chiselled physic will pull in the crowds in hoards the first couple of days.Watch it guys if you have nothing better to do.
