"DISHOOM" - The typical masaledar filum ;)

Trust you guys are all well at your end.

I am not sure as to what your opinion is on "DISHOOM", I have to give it to the Dhawan's, they surely know how to make entertaining flicks and "film making" is definitely in their blood. 

Mr David Dhawan has been an inspiration for many of the youth, guess its not only David's co-workers but also his sons who have quite evidently drawn inspiration from him, they are carrying the "Dhawan" flag high and higher. I have always liked Varun Dhawan's performances right from "SOTY", there is an amazing spontaneity in his acting and I guess that is what stands out. Rohit, although not an actor is definitely a brilliant film making mind, just like his father ;"Desi Boyz" was super and now "Dishoom".

Dishoom - is a typical "masaledar" pot boiler chalk full of cliches, in characterization, plot and story. So the real big question is ? how does it make Dishoom a good watch ? - what makes "DISHOOM" a good watch is the fast pace of the film, there is not one frame that fails to impress and furthermore the cinematography is phenomenal, I have not seen the UAE in such super frames. More importantly the ensemble starcast have stuck to the core of "acting" their parts to the fullest - although performances are not national award winning - they are convincing for a typical bollywood comedy. The soundtrack is a bit of a drag, probably the only thing that does not work for the film. On the whole, "watch this guys" its super fun and hilarious to the core.
