"Success a big illusion".

Hola,

When I started to blog, I thought I would be this maverick wannabe film critic and wannabe actor "my own version of Farhan Akhtar" - hehehe. Today 5 years down the road I realize that the human mind and heart are really not a cohesive partner of sorts. Thus, I am working by force as a financial professional as opposed to what my heart wanted me to do. I guess, this is the outcome of a fast paced society in which we live in or probably just the true essence of a big city, which just compels you from doing anything else but your job. Success in my eyes is still elusive. 

In a big city the meaning of "success" is a lot of things ! I mean "success" doesn't just mean a better position in the company but it also means "MONEY / MOOLAH", actually ; I think in today's world success is only synonymous with "money", and this is the danger. People are invariably greedy, self centered and just looking for an opportunity to stab people over to take over from them ; "no scruples", "no mercy" and most commonly "no feelings" !!! 

Success might have many father's but the most horrible thing is that it is like a "drug" which gives a "high". Once on a high, people rarely want to help others, and even if they do it only for their own motives.
